Just had an engine rebuild done by Dick and his crew: Mike and Michael. Great service and communication during the whole process. Work was finished on time and within the budget limits that were set ahead of time. My 2001 Civic EX is running better than before and is fun to drive again.
I took my first car, a ’84 Honda Accord to Munson’s when I was 16 years old. I just took my ’03 Accord in for minor repair – now at the age of 37. I went in and told them I needed certain things done to my truck. They called back in less than 4 hours to tell me that I didn’t actually need most of those things. Munson’s is amazing! I told them about a squeaky noise coming from my AC and a few other minor things they fixed for me for free. Now my 97 Accord is running flawlessly. If you ever buy a honda and it needs something done def. go here. They fixed my issues in an hour and I didn’t pay anywhere near what I was expecting to.
I just love these folks! Whether I’m in for routine maintenance or to diagnose a slightly odd noise they are friendly, efficient and effective. Mike has been particularly helpful in pulling up TSBs and advising on what’s needed and what can wait. Thank you, Munson’s!
We have been going to Munson’s for years now. They are very dependable and easy to work with and you can count on them being significantly cheaper than Honda dealership even though they are Honda certified technicians… AND they only do the work needed. We love these guys!
